By creating an account, using Zero Drag, or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms.

Zero Drag is a structured emotional clearing platform built around EFT-informed practices, guided audio, reflection, and state-by-state progression.
Zero Drag is designed as a preparatory clearing layer for users who want to reduce emotional interference before engaging in advanced practices, performance work, or personal development.
Zero Drag is not:
Zero Drag does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or mental health condition.
If you have a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or trauma-related condition, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before using Zero Drag.
Zero Drag support is not an emergency service and is not monitored for crisis situations.
If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to stay safe, or may harm yourself or someone else, do not contact Zero Drag support as your first step. Contact emergency services immediately.

Zero Drag is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
By using Zero Drag, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Paid continuation levels may require a one-off payment or other paid entitlement depending on the offer shown at checkout.

Completed sessions may remain replayable unless technical, account, legal, or commercial restrictions prevent access.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
If you purchase paid access, you authorise Stripe and Zero Drag to process the relevant payment method.
Paid access, pricing, invoices, payment failures, cancellations where applicable, and refunds may be managed through Stripe.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

If a paid offer includes cancellation, access will usually continue according to the terms shown for that offer unless stated otherwise.
Deleting your account does not automatically change billing records or refund a purchase unless the relevant billing or refund flow confirms this. Use the billing portal or contact support if you are unsure.
Refund eligibility depends on the product, purchase type, access used, time since purchase, and applicable consumer law.

You agree not to use Zero Drag as a replacement for urgent support, clinical care, medication, therapy, or professional advice.
Zero Drag may involve emotionally charged material.
You should use the Help and Safety guidance before, during, and after sessions if needed.
You should not continue a session if you feel unable to remain present, safe, or grounded.
You should seek professional support if your emotional response feels unmanageable, persistent, or connected to serious trauma, self-harm, psychosis, active addiction, abuse, or major mental health symptoms.
You must not:
Zero Drag content, including text, audio, structure, design, branding, software, session architecture, and programme materials, belongs to Cambridge Sound Technologies UK Limited or its licensors.
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use Zero Drag for your own personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publish, teach, record, scrape, or create derivative works from Zero Drag content without written permission.
We aim to keep Zero Drag reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the service for maintenance, improvement, legal reasons, safety reasons, commercial reasons, or technical reasons.
Zero Drag does not guarantee any specific result.
Experiences vary between users.
Intensity scores, completion progress, reflections, and user-reported changes are not medical measurements and should not be interpreted as diagnosis or treatment outcomes.
Zero Drag uses third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare, PostHog, and analytics or infrastructure providers.
Your use of payment, email, hosting, authentication, or analytics-related features may involve those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Drag and Cambridge Sound Technologies UK Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, psychological, financial, business, or reputational loss arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
