These Terms govern your use of Zero Drag, including account access, programme content, paid access, support, and safety boundaries.

Last updated: 24 April 2026

These Terms govern your use of Zero Drag.

Zero Drag is operated by Cambridge Sound Technologies UK Limited.

By creating an account, using Zero Drag, or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Zero Drag.

1. Who we are

Zero Drag is operated by:

  • Cambridge Sound Technologies UK Limited
  • Company number: 09408007
  • Registered address: c/o Peters Elworthy and Moore, Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge CB1 2LA, United Kingdom
  • Business address: St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WS, United Kingdom

2. What Zero Drag is

Zero Drag is a structured emotional clearing platform built around EFT-informed practices, guided audio, reflection, and state-by-state progression.

Zero Drag is designed as a preparatory clearing layer for users who want to reduce emotional interference before engaging in advanced practices, performance work, or personal development.

3. What Zero Drag is not

Zero Drag is not:

  • psychotherapy
  • medical treatment
  • psychiatric treatment
  • crisis support
  • diagnosis
  • a substitute for professional care
  • a guarantee of any emotional, medical, psychological, spiritual, financial, or performance outcome

Zero Drag does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or mental health condition.

If you have a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or trauma-related condition, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before using Zero Drag.

4. Emergency and crisis support

Zero Drag support is not an emergency service and is not monitored for crisis situations.

If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to stay safe, or may harm yourself or someone else, do not contact Zero Drag support as your first step. Contact emergency services immediately.

In the UK, call 999 in an emergency or go to A&E. For urgent mental health help that is not an emergency, use NHS 111.

5. Eligibility

Zero Drag is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

By using Zero Drag, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.

6. Account registration

You may need an account to access Zero Drag.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information
  • keeping your login access secure
  • ensuring your email account remains accessible
  • all activity under your account

You must not share your account with others.

7. Programme access

Zero Drag may include free and paid content.

Level 1 may be provided as a free entry point.

Paid continuation levels may require a one-off payment or other paid entitlement depending on the offer shown at checkout.

Access rules may depend on account status, purchase status, completion of earlier levels, and product configuration.

Completed sessions may remain replayable unless technical, account, legal, or commercial restrictions prevent access.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe.

If you purchase paid access, you authorise Stripe and Zero Drag to process the relevant payment method.

Paid access, pricing, invoices, payment failures, cancellations where applicable, and refunds may be managed through Stripe.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

9. Billing portal and billing management

Where available, you can manage billing through the Stripe Customer Portal. This may allow you to:

  • update payment methods
  • view invoices
  • update billing information
  • manage cancellation options where they apply
  • manage paid access details

If a paid offer includes cancellation, access will usually continue according to the terms shown for that offer unless stated otherwise.

Deleting your account does not automatically change billing records or refund a purchase unless the relevant billing or refund flow confirms this. Use the billing portal or contact support if you are unsure.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product, purchase type, access used, time since purchase, and applicable consumer law.

Duplicate charges and clear billing errors will be reviewed.

Refund requests should be sent to: support@zerodrag.world

Use the subject line: Refund request

We may refuse refunds where paid content has been substantially accessed, where the request falls outside the stated refund window, or where the request is inconsistent with applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Support

Zero Drag provides written support only.

We do not provide phone support.

Support is available for:

  • account access
  • login issues
  • billing
  • cancellation
  • refunds
  • paid access
  • technical issues
  • audio playback
  • progress issues
  • privacy or data requests
  • general product questions

Support is not available for:

  • personal emotional counselling
  • psychotherapy
  • diagnosis
  • crisis response
  • medical advice
  • interpretation of personal memories or emotional material
  • deciding whether you should continue, stop, or replace professional care

12. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Zero Drag.

You agree to stop or pause if a session feels too intense, destabilising, or inappropriate for your current state.

You agree not to use Zero Drag while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires full attention.

You agree not to use Zero Drag as a replacement for urgent support, clinical care, medication, therapy, or professional advice.

13. Safety

Zero Drag may involve emotionally charged material.

You should use the Help and Safety guidance before, during, and after sessions if needed.

You should not continue a session if you feel unable to remain present, safe, or grounded.

You should seek professional support if your emotional response feels unmanageable, persistent, or connected to serious trauma, self-harm, psychosis, active addiction, abuse, or major mental health symptoms.

15. Intellectual property

You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use Zero Drag for your own personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publish, teach, record, scrape, or create derivative works from Zero Drag content without written permission.

16. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Zero Drag reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the service for maintenance, improvement, legal reasons, safety reasons, commercial reasons, or technical reasons.

17. Results and outcomes

Zero Drag does not guarantee any specific result.

Experiences vary between users.

Intensity scores, completion progress, reflections, and user-reported changes are not medical measurements and should not be interpreted as diagnosis or treatment outcomes.

18. Third-party services

Zero Drag uses third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare, PostHog, and analytics or infrastructure providers.

Your use of payment, email, hosting, authentication, or analytics-related features may involve those providers.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Drag and Cambridge Sound Technologies UK Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, psychological, financial, business, or reputational loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you breach these Terms
  • payment fails
  • access is misused
  • support channels are abused
  • legal or safety concerns arise
  • continued access would create risk to the user, business, or platform

You may stop using Zero Drag at any time.

21. Privacy

Our use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy: https://zerodrag.world/privacy

22. Governing law
